# Horn Button - 1941 CC Custom

The horn button on the center of the steering wheel does not seem to be making contact for the horn to blow. Does anyone have a schematic or advise as to how to remove the button so I can test the contacts?

The horn button makes contact with the ground wire to complete the circuit. Maybe you have some corrosion in there or a loose connection?

To take the button off you have to press down and turn- there’s 4-5 threads to get it to turn off

This is what the ground wire looks like and the assemble that the button makes contact with. Unsure if you have the same setup though
